Job Description :

A Wellington Insurance Agency is seeking a hardworking, highly motivated and experienced 220 or 440 INSURANCE AGENT with personal lines insurance experience . This position is Full Time with a GREAT starting Base Salary and generous commission structure!

The individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude and be team oriented. Salary is based upon insurance experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ability to sell auto, commercial, and home insurance.

- Good organizational and communication skills.

- Establish new business and generate leads

- Develop insurance quotes and close deals

- Working knowledge of MS Office and and internet based programs.

- Clear understanding customer service and working with clients directly

- Be able to articulate information through email and other written formats

Required Qualifications :

Insurance: 2+ years’ experience

220 or 440 License A MUST!
