Optimum RTS has opportunities and is currently looking for strong candidates. The primary responsibility of the Private Coordinator / Administrator is to assist the manager with the organization and implementation of all aspects of the Home Health agency including, documentation, scheduling home health professionals, contacting clients, patients, Dr's offices, etc. This position will build relationships and network with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Livings, in all areas of Home Health.  If you are a determined professional, well spoken, computer literate and experienced in the home health field ...  this is the position for you!
