Job Description :

We are seeking an On-Call Coordinator to join a growing team to process incoming service for 2 fast paced offices in Broward and Palm Beach County for after normal business hours, weekends, and holidays. We are seeking a dependable, detailed orientated and highly organized individual which would be a perfect fit for the position. The candidate will receive unlimited opportunities to grow, excellent training, and excellent pay.


As an On Call Coordinator, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients, physicians, and marketing reps while conducting all functions related to the intake and scheduling process for Home Health Patients

  • Interacts with patients regarding services ordered by physician

  • Maintains and updates logs and database

  • Assign and schedule clinical staff (CNA's, HHA's, RN's, LPN's) accordingly to ensure proper coverage after hours, weekend, and holidays

  • Assures that pending referrals are updated with written documentation

  • Verify Medicare benefits and eligibility

  • Coordinates the care of the patients and advises Clinical Team needs

  • Responds to messages in a timely manner (within 15 minutes) to message

  • Report to the Boca office Friday afternoon to obtain report and Monday morning to relay pertinent information


Qualifications:



  • Scheduling in Home Health experience preferred

  • 2 years of prior customer service experience in an office environment

  • Must be available to train in office for the first 2 weeks

  • Must have a home office with high speed internet access

  • Clear criminal history

  • Proficient computer literacy including Word and Excel

  • Must have excellent time management skills to prioritize and organize workload

  • Positive attitude

  • Excellent communication skills
