Job Description :
West Palm Beach Legal office seeks an Office Manager for a 14 person practice. Candidate must be familiar with Office Manager procedures, hiring, firing, human resources, interviewing, ordering supplies etc. 


Candidate must be familiar with time billing as related to a law office because position will be responsible for invoicing all billable hours, accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections.
Required Qualifications :

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.

  • Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

  • Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
