Job Description :

Home Health Care company based in Delray, Florida is currently seeking a professional Human Resources Manager.  This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and knowledgeable HR Manager who will be responsible for supporting multi-site brands and teams,  on all Human Resources matters. This position will serve as the HR subject matter expert.   Primary areas of focus are recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Candidate must have ability to build strong relationships across the Organization. Experience in home health care is strongly preferred.   Position is based in Delray, but must travel throughout the state of Florida, about 50 % of the time



Fundamental knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of Human Resources Management.  Up to date on legal issues and regulatory requirements, preferably in relation to home health agencies and nurse registries.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organization.   Bi-lingual, English/Spanish preferred.   Able to represent the Organization effectively internally, and throughout the communities.

Ability to exercise judgment and discretion/confidentiality in dealing with matters of significance for the Organization.

Ability to effectively plan, research, strategist, and set priorities and action plans.

Able to meet deadlines and multi-task. 

Ability to efficiently prepare and facilitate training workshops and presentations.

Computer proficiency - ability to use MS Office and HRIS applications.

Required Qualifications :


  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a management/supervisory capacity within the HR Field.

  • Preferred  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business related field
