Job Description :

Home Health Care company based in Boynton Beach, Florida is currently seeking a professional Human Resources / AP Specialist.  This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and knowledgeable Human Resources / AP Specialist who will be responsible for supporting all Human Resources matters as well as AP coordinator. This position will serve as the HR subject matter expert.   Primary areas of focus are recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES


HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE A MUST


Fundamental knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of Human Resources Management.  Up to date on legal issues and regulatory requirements, preferably in relation to home health agencies and nurse registries.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organization.   Able to represent the Organization effectively internally, and throughout the communities.


Ability to exercise judgment and discretion/confidentiality in dealing with matters of significance for the Organization.


Ability to effectively plan, research, strategist, and set priorities and action plans.


Able to meet deadlines and multi-task. 


Computer proficiency.


Required Qualifications :

QUALIFICATIONS  



  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a management/supervisory capacity within the HR Field.

  • Preferred  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business related field
