Job Description :
Are you a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant/Scheduler looking for the opportunity to work with and care for the elderly? Home Health Care Agency located in Lake Worth seeks Administrative Assistant/Scheduler to operate the Front Desk and manage many of the company's other needs. 

 

Candidates should have the ability to handle multiple priorities. These priorities would include but not be limited to: be a self starter that is task driven, possess written and verbal skills for effective communication, competent in organizational and time management skills, demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills, have the ability to follow through on assigned tasks and demonstrate initiative. 

 
Required Qualifications :
Key responsibilities for this position will include but not be limited to: assisting guests and visitors, responding to all inquiries about the company, performing administrative support tasks, answering phones and recording and routing messages to appropriate personnel, receiving and distributing mail, scheduling (knowledge of Soneto is a MUST) and any other general office duties requested.
