Job Description :

Home Health Agency is looking for a Documentation Coordinator who possesses good communication skills, like working as part of a team, and has a positive attitude.


 


Job Duties Include:



  • Faxing and tracking orders, POCs, MODS, Face to Face

  • Run reports to ensure correct documentation

  • Assist with pre-billing audits

  • Answering incoming phone calls

  • Approve incoming documentation and invoices submitted by therapists and nurses

  • Verify clinical staff and contractors schedule and payrates


Qualifications:



  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Excellent Customer Service

  • Detail-oriented

  • Clear criminal history

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Home Health experience preferred

  • Proficient computer literacy including Word and Excel

  • Must have excellent time management skills to prioritize and organize workload

  • Positive attitude
