Job Description :

As a Home Health Director of Operations, you will:


         Assist with delegated clinical and financial responsibilities related to the operations of the home care Agency


         Oversee, take action, make decisions and help achieve the pre-determined priorities set for the


·         agencies office management


         Work with team members to, evaluate, record individual and team performance, provide coaching and counseling and make appropriate developmental recommendations.


         Assist with the HR services of scheduling, oversite of schedules and any issues with them as they evolve, billing, in-service, on-call schedules and some on-call rotations.


         Work with management to provide excellent Customer Service.


         Partner with the Sales Leadership to develop approaches that best position services or ideas in the marketplace.


         Schedule and assist with some of the Sales calls.


         Organize information/data to identify/explain major trends, problems and causes; Compare and combine information to identify underlying issues.


         Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements through activities such as participating in various State Associations, attending courses and reviewing industry publications.


 


 


Required Qualifications :

Required Skills and Qualifications


•         LPN or RN License and a Bachelors Degree or the equivalent.  An experienced healthcare Office Manager or HR Manager may be considered.


•         Minimum of 3 years in home health operations management or healthcare administration experience.


•         Current or recent experience managing a minimum of 500K in healthcare revenue


•         Prior experience with Billing, Scheduling, In-Service and HR responsibilities.


•         Broad knowledge of home health federal and state regulations/administration


•         Good leadership, managerial skills


•         Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills


•         Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and assertiveness skills
