Job Description :

The Client is seeking an ARNP (Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner) for a prestigious inpatient role in an upscale community located in Southern Miami-Dade County. 


You will be part of a renowned nationally accredited and fully integrated non-profit health system focusing on mental illness and behavioral health. Assured to be fully integrated with medical directors, psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, licensed clinical social workers, care/case managers, care coordinators, chaplains, DCF/AHCA etc.


We are looking for a professional ARNP for a Full-time-W2 employee who can deliver inpatient care to children and adults experiencing a variety of mental illness and substance abuse issues.


The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. The successful candidate will work as a team with our nurses and physicians and will assist in delivering premium care to each patient.



·         Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations

·         Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment

·         Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options

·         Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity

·         Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counseling and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions.

Required Qualifications :

Qualifications and Skills

Florida license

Master’s Degree in Nursing

5+ years’ nursing experience

Prefer experience in Psych, or Family Medicine

Experience in treating children and adults who have addiction, behavioral and substance use disorders are preferred

Bi-Lingual – English and Spanish preferred

Ability to work within a team and take direction

Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
