A quick learning individual, who possesses a great work ethic, a professional upbeat attitude, and can acclimate to a multi-faceted stimulating environment is best suited for this position.

 

Immediate full time opening for an experienced and reliable ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT at a busy office. Team work and positive attitude are a must. 

Duties will include but not limited to:
Answering multi line phones
Scheduling appointments
Making copies / sending faxes / scanning documents / filing
Data entry 
Must be able to multi-task
Knowledge of Outlook and Word
Blogs / Social Media a PLUS

 

Candidates should have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Past experience with data entry within propriety software systems is a plus.
